GENTLEMAN JACK is a super-premium whiskey, hand-crafted by the craftsmen at the Jack Daniel's Distillery. A single whiskey, not a combination of whiskies blended together. The only whiskey to be charcoal-mellowed before and after aging; filtered through charcoal to remove impurities before being aged in new, charred oak barrels; charcoal-mellowed a second time after reaching peak maturity - a minimum of four years. (This "charcoal mellowing" process is what distinguishes Tennessee whiskey from all other whiskies.)
